Who is Carly Ceasar-Brown?

An Artist at heart with a vision.

From an early age, Carly found her passion in the arts, developing a creative foundation that continues to shape her work today. Her technical skills were cultivated through years of artistic exploration, fueled by a genuine love for creating. Whether sketching with pencil, painting on canvas, or experimenting with unconventional mediums, she embraced every opportunity to expand her creativity and refine her craft.

Throughout her academic journey, Carly actively participated in prestigious visual arts programs, including the International Baccalaureate Arts Program and Advanced Placement (AP) Art. She further advanced her artistic education through scholarship opportunities at the Gage Academy of Art in Seattle WA, where she completed intensive portfolio development and received technical training in drawing, composition, form, and color theory. These experiences established a strong artistic and technical foundation that continues to influence her meticulous attention to detail and creative vision as a professional makeup artist. Once she got her hands involved in the makeup industry she soon wanted to learn more so now she is in the process of completing Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell The School of Las Vegas, expected graduation date is September 30th, 2026. Currently only doing makeup artistry, but soon will be able to provide more than just makeup!

The Start of Carly's Journey

The Beginning

Carly always envisioned building a career surrounded by the art of makeup. Her journey began with a passion for Special Effects (SFX) makeup, but after graduating from L Makeup Institute of Las Vegas in 2016, she discovered the limitless creativity the beauty industry had to offer.

What started with SFX quickly expanded into beauty, bridal, and editorial makeup, where she found a passion for enhancing natural beauty while embracing artistic expression. Within her first year as a professional makeup artist, Carly freelanced as a key makeup artist for two salons, Platinum Entourage Beauty Salon & Ooh La La Beauty Bar. While dedicating her skill set towards the salons she also was building her own clientele through bridal services, editorial photoshoots, music videos, special events, and creative collaborations.

Every opportunity has strengthened her artistry, refined her technical skills, and deepened her commitment to continuous growth. Today, Carly is dedicated to creating personalized beauty experiences that leave every client feeling confident, empowered, and beautifully unique.

Committed to continuous education and refining her craft, Carly pursued advanced training in Special Effects (SFX) makeup—one of the most unique and technically demanding experiences of her career. Inspired by the art of character creation, she developed a passion for transforming concepts into fully realized, full-body character designs through advanced prosthetics, makeup, and creative effects.

One of Carly's standout career experiences was body painting for Toyota at the 2017 Life is Beautiful Music Festival in Las Vegas. Creating vibrant galaxy-themed body paintings for festival guests, she helped transform each participant into a unique work of art while creating memorable, interactive experiences.
